Sustainability
In line with our emphasis on sustainability we would like to issue a full refund to our customers and let them keep their purchased items. Why? Returned items have to be transported halfway around the world. Every item has a carbon footprint due to the energy that it takes to transport it. Presently we can afford to let our customers keep items that cost less than $60.



You can return your items within 30 days of the items being shipped
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted.

Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Stockings, socks and tights may be only be returned if the package has not been opened.

Returns will not be offered for earrings for hygienic reasons.

To be eligible for a full refund, please send us pictures of the items within 30 days of the items being shipped to inspostyle@iriswebcore.com. After that, you can either keep the items, or you might want to donate them.


Return instructions for items with a price equal or more than $60
To be eligible for a full refund, please send us pictures of the items within 30 days of the items being shipped to inspostyle@iriswebcore.com. After that, we will give you an address where you can send us a package with your items. Make sure all products you wish to return and all the forms, product tags, authenticity labels or cards are included in the package, the original box or an equally robust box.


We will cover delivery costs of returned items.


Please note: Your return may take up to 5 business days to be handled by our warehouse. After that you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for the payment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement.
