The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because on our store we aim to provide products for all budgets our shipping times vary depending on the cost of the products. We have split our products into two tiers and the shipping times accordingly.
TIER 1 Products with a price equal to or more than $100
Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we process your order on the same day.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. For TIER 1 products we use services with a guaranteed shipping time of 3-4 days or sooner.
Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a dedicated link where you can track your product.
TIER 2 Products with a price below $100
Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we begin processing your order which can take up to 48 hours.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. For US deliveries we use USPS with a shipping time of 4-13 days. For non-US deliveries the shipping time may be greater
Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a dedicated link where you can track your product.
